This consultation consists of previewing a home that the Homeowner(s) will be living in while the home is on the market. A walk-thru is scheduled with both Realtor and Homeowner(s) to create a custom “To Do List” for the Homeowner(s) to follow to ensure their home is market ready. Detailed recommendations for furniture placement, decluttering, paint color and any other suggestions will be given to ensure that your home will stand out and get SOLD!
Home Staging
For vacant homes, I provide every item to make the “house” become an appealing “home” to a broad range of homebuyers. From furniture to accessories, no detail is overlooked. Every piece is carefully chosen from my own inventory that is stored in my 4,000/sqf warehouse right down to the rugs, bedding, artwork, lighting and foliage. A unique plan is formulated which takes into account the style of the home as well as the demographics of the potential homebuyers.
